For any issues, customers can go to the meeting point "Opera Romana Pellegrinaggi" at Piazza Pio XII, 9 - 30 minutes before entrance time.
Show the QR code that you will receive by email after purchase to the staff at the Mamertine Prison (located in via Clivio Argentario).
