What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 2 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 2 years may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

On which days does the tour operate?
Big Bus Tours will operate 6 days a week - we are open daily except Wednesday. From 3 November, Big Bus Tours will be operating daily. During road closures, some bus stops may be skipped; in the event that this occurs, notices will be posted on buses.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Please note that seats for the Night City Tour are subject to availability and reservations are recommended to secure your seats. You may contact us at +65 6338 6877 or sales@ducktours.com.sg to make your reservations.
Is the commentary available in my language?
Pre-recorded commentary is available on most buses in the following languages: English, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean and Italian. Gardens by the Bay is a free and easy tour with no accompanying tour guide.

Are you able to eat and drink on Big Bus Tours?
You are not allowed to consume food or drinks onboard our buses, except plain drinking water.
Accessibility
Open-top buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour. Gardens by the Bay is wheelchair accessible.
