How do I redeem my ticket?
All guests must pre-book a time slot online prior to their visit. Please visit the Merlin attraction’s website and select “ticket pre-book” for your choice.
If you do not have booked a time slot, you can do so at a Merlin kiosk.

Important Information: After purchase , you will need to pre-select your visit date and timeslot on the Sydney Tower Eye website. Sydney Tower Eye & SKYWALK hours are from Thursday to Monday 11am-7pm (last entry 6pm). Merlin attractions charge a child ticket rate for visitors between the ages of 2–15 years (under 2's are free).
Madame Tussauds Location & Opening Times
Important Information: After purchase , you will need to pre-select your visit date and timeslot on the Madame Tussauds website. Madame Tussauds is open from daily 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm). Merlin attractions charge a child ticket rate for visitors between the ages of 2–15 years (under 2's are free).

SEA LIFE is open Monday-Friday 10:00am–4:00pm, with final entries at 3:00pm. Weekend opening times are 9.30am-5pm (last entry at 4pm). A Merlin Combination Ticket gives you access to some of Sydney's top attractions, at a price much lower than buying individual admission tickets. After purchase, you can confirm your attraction choices directly on the Merlin attractions website(s) or at a Merlin kiosk. From there, you'll be free to discover premier Merlin Entertainments attractions like the Sydney Tower Eye, Madame Tussauds, Sydney Sea Life Aquarium, and Wild Life Sydney Zoo.
Merlin Attractions: It is now mandatory to wear a Face Mask at all our Sydney's Merlin Entertainment attractions. Merlin are unable to allow entry to any guests who are not wearing Face Masks (unless medical condition). For those Guests who fail to wear a mask there will be Masks for Sale at the front counter.
