What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, you will be charged 100%.
What time will I get picked up for my safari?
We will inform you on the day of your experience of your pick-up time based on sunset timings and your hotel location to ensure you do not have to wait. However please keep in mind pick up for May till September is from 16:00-16:30.
Can all ages take part in this experience?
Yes, as this product does not involve dune bashing, all ages are welcome.
What should I bring on a desert safari?
Sunblock, sunglasses, and a light jacket or shawl for cooler winter evenings.
