You can purchase tickets either on this website, at most Hong Kong hotels or at our Information Centres and Sales Kiosks.

Day tours begin from the Big Bus stop at Central Star Ferry Pier 7 in Central.

Show your online or printed ticket to a Big Bus member of staff at one of their stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a ticket receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket. If you requested to have your tickets sent via SMS, remember that there is no need to print your tickets. Just bring your phone with you with the ticket page open to show it to one of our on street staff who will then issue you your ticket receipt.

Bus Frequency:
Red Route: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a bus frequency of every 45 minutes.
Green Route: Daily from 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a bus frequency of every 30 minutes.
Blue Route: Daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a bus frequency of every 60 minutes.

Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. Yes. If you want to change the date of your tour booking, we’ll need to know no later than 72 hours before your currently booked tour date and time. The speediest way to make changes to your booking is to chat with our friendly customer services team – just click the red chat button in the bottom right corner of your screen, or submit a request via our Contact Us Form.

A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 3 may travel free of charge. Passengers aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the upper deck on our entire fleet is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

First tour of the day departs at 10:00 am from Stop 1 at the Central Star Ferry Pier 7, and buses will come every 45 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 9 at Man Mo Temple and Stop 7 at Peak Tram Building however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 14 Big Bus stops. To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactHKG. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
