Where is the meeting point?
There are two different tour departure times, see calendar. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your tour departure time in order to redeem your booking confirmation voucher with one of our staff.
Where does the tour finish?
The tour ends at Neptune Fountain.
How long does the tour last?
The whole experience lasts approximately 9 hours, which may vary depending on the traffic on the road.

How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
No, our bus tour is not wheelchair accessible.
