Bus Tickets are valid day of service and not time-to-time and can only be used on 2 consecutive days. Tickets redeemed after 4pm give an extra day of validity. Tickets are valid for both routes (red and blue).
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge when accompanied by a dedicated adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult.We do not have specific room for stroller. Please use only a foldable stroller when coming with baby.
Exchange your Big Bus voucher for your Opera entrance tickets at the Big Bus Information Center 11 Avenue de l'Opéra, 75001 to obtain your physical tickets for your attraction - and you're ready to go! Access to The Palais Garnier will not be granted without the physical ticket that must be collected at the Big Bus Information Center.
Yes – we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.
Depending on the time of the year and on the boarding point, tours start between 10am and 8:30pm. To complete the full route back to your start point, you should board before 5pm, as after this time, tours terminate at the Trocadero.
A third of our fleet has wheelchair access on the lower deck, and we try to run these vehicles evenly throughout our service. Please contact us for further information. Please contact the Big Bus Information Centre (+33 (0)1 42 61 24 64) to have the list of our wheelchair accessible fleet on your day of travel.
The Big Bus Paris sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either English, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, German, Japanese, Arabic, Brazilian Portuguese, Korean or Mandarin. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones.
