A child ticket is available for children aged between 2 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 2 may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Until 30th September, Big Bus Tours will operate 6 days a week - we are open daily except Wednesday. From 1 October, Big Bus Tours will be operating daily. During road closures, some bus stops may be skipped; in the event that this occurs, notices will be posted on buses.

You are not allowed to consume food or drinks onboard the buses, except plain drinking water.

Open-top buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

First tour of the day departs at 09.30 am from Stop 1 at the Suntec City Tourist Hub, and buses will come every 25 - 40 minutes until 5.20pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 11 at the Botanic Gardens and Stop 17 at the Singapore Art Museum however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 19 Big Bus stops.
