Your ticket entitles you to hop on and hop off both our Red City Route & Blue Schönbrunn Route as much as you like within our hours of operation throughout your ticket's validity period.
The Big Bus Vienna sightseeing tour offers a pre-recorded commentary in 13 different languages, including: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, Arabic, Turkish, Korean, Hindi, Hebrew & Russian. The commentary is available via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.
The City Walk introduces you to the lives of the Habsburgs and touches on some of the city's famous composers. The City Walk is led by an entertaining and informative guide, providing insight into the area’s history and culture. Tours depart from Stop 1: Opera and last for 90 minutes. Available in English daily at 11.30am.
The Belvedere in Vienna is one of the leading museums worldwide. It currently boasts 18,600 works covering 900 years of art history including the largest collection of Gustav Klimt paintings (Kiss & Judith).

All the tour tickets we sell on our website are open-dated, meaning you can travel on any day within 6 months of purchase.
If you purchase a ticket that offers validity for more than 24 hours, you must travel on consecutive days.
Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
Children under the age of 18 are FREE at the Upper Belvedere.

Yes, most of our buses are wheelchair accessible. We do not allow electric wheelchairs. Please contact us for further information.
Dogs are only permitted if they are muzzled and leashed. Only one dog per bus is permitted. The dog must not exceed knee height.

You’ll need to enjoy your Ticket across consecutive days, so a two-day pass redeemed on Monday means your pass is valid Monday and Tuesday.
