What is the child policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 12 years inclusively. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge.All children must be accompanied by an adult. Please use only a foldable strollers.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Simply show your mobile or printed voucher to Big Bus staff at any hop-on, hop-off stop to start your daytime tour. For the Night Tour, arrive 15 minutes early, and present your voucher before boarding. You'll select your Night Tour date and time at checkout or via the booking portal after purchase.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Choose your hop-on, hop-off start date at checkout. You’ll also select the Night Tour date/time via the calendar or post-purchase booking portal.
What languages is the tour commentary available in?
Commentary is offered in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese (BR), Korean, Russian, and Mandarin.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
