A child ticket is available for children aged between 2 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged under 2 years may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Open-top buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.
DUCKtours are not wheelchair accessible. Guests will need to go up a short staircase in order to board the craft. Pregnant guests may wish to consult their medical practitioners before boarding the craft. Strollers may be kept at our counter, subject to available space.
