What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Redeem your ticket(s) at BIG BUS & DUCK counter near Suntec Convention Centre (3 Temasek Boulevard, Suntec City Mall Tower 2 #01-K8, Singapore 038983). Enjoy a 1-way complimentary transfer from 40+ bus stops to Suntec (Stop 0) where the tour begins.
Is the commentary available in my language?
Pre-recorded commentary is available on most buses in the following languages: English, Korean, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, German, Italian, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, French & a special children's channel (in English)

Are you able to eat and drink on Big Bus Tours?
You are not allowed to consume food or drinks onboard our buses, except plain drinking water.
Accessibility
Open-top buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck. Green Route and Safari Lines 1 & 2 are not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of our buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

Please note these tours are non-stop panoramic tours, with no option to hop on and hop off. Please select your preferred tour time and date after booking by following the instructions in your booking confirmation email. Group bookings are currently restricted to a maximum of 5 guests. if you are bringing an infant (age 0–2) on the tour, you must purchase an infant ticket at our Suntec Hub before boarding the tour. Although you may prefer to hold your infant on your lap, we are still required to allocate a seat to your infant in order to meet current local government regulations on our tour capacity. Infant tickets for this tour are free.
