A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 11 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.

Dubai Creek (Red Route, Stop 7) is the nearest stop to Dubai International airport. The best way to get there from the airport is via a short taxi ride.

First tour of the day departs at 9:00 am from Stop 1 at Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall, and buses will come every 30 – 40 minutes until 5.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 4 the Royal Palace and Stop 22 at Atlantis the Palm however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 20 Big Bus stops.
