There are two different pick up points (in the centre of Madrid) depending on the time you choose: 8:30am at The Yellow Tours terminal and 9am at Neptune Fountain. Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your tour departure time in order to redeem your booking confirmation voucher with one of our staff.

You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.
Yes. Child tickets are available for children between the ages of 5–15. Children under 4 may travel free of charge but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is full. All children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
