How long does the tour take?
A complete circuit of the Red Route takes approximately 1 hour, 30 minutes. Please allow for more time if you plan to hop on and off at any of our stops.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your tour start date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days, starting from that date. Check your confirmation email for any additional booking instructions.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at Stop #1 or with your Bus Driver. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket. Note that the paper ticket is the one that replaces your digital voucher so make sure you keep hold of it.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Children aged 4–12 require a child ticket. Children aged 3 and under travel free with an accompanying adult.

Can I change the date (and time) of my tour?
You can change the date or time up to 72 hours before your tour. For the fastest assistance, contact customer service via the chat button or the Big Bus Tours app.
What is a Family Ticket?
A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 13+) and up to 3 Children (Age 4 – 12).
Is the night tour hop-on hop-off?
No. The night tour is a continuous 1-hour panoramic tour without stops.
When does the night tour depart?
The included night tour departs from Stop #1 (White Tower) at 7:45 PM. Please arrive a few minutes early to secure your seat.
