How do I access my bus ticket?
Download the Big Bus Tours app, tap "Add Booking", and enter your booking reference. On your travel day, activate your ticket before boarding. Once activated, your ticket is stored offline and can be shown without an internet connection.
What is the child policy?
Child tickets are available for ages 4–12. Children aged 3 and under travel free when accompanied by a paying adult. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and only foldable strollers are permitted on board.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes. All Big Bus buses are wheelchair accessible on the lower deck.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your preferred travel date when booking. If you purchase a multi-day ticket, it must be used on consecutive days.
What languages is the bus commentary available in?
Pre-recorded commentary is available in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese. Complimentary earphones are provided.
How can I request a refund?
If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, please request your refund via the contact form on our website, or on live chat via the website or in-app. If you booked through a third-party partner, please contact the original provider to arrange your refund.
Do I need to book a tour time for the Notre-Dame tour?
Yes. When booking your Discover combo, you will be selecting a date for your bus. Before you visit The Notre Dame Exterior Tour, you must book a time slot for the tour itself. Head to the Big Bus online check-in portal to select a date and time for your tour or via the Big Bus Tours app. If you are unable to check-in online, then please keep hold of your booking confirmation and take it to your nearest Big Bus stop where a member of the team will be able to select a date & time for you.
