How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your ticket to any Big Bus Tours staff member at a stop or on the bus. You’ll receive a receipt to use throughout your ticket’s validity.
Which days do the tours operate?
Tours run daily, though service may be affected by weather or special events.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Choose your first travel date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days. Some extras may require separate time bookings (see your confirmation email).
What is the child ticket policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children aged 4 and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all of our buses are wheelchair accessible.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. Just show the voucher QR code to staff to receive your tour tickets. Keep them safe—tickets cannot be replaced.
In what languages is the commentary available?
Commentary is available in English, Italian, Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, and Mandarin. Complimentary earphones are provided onboard.
What walking tours are included?
You get 4 downloadable Vox City walking tours to explore Rome’s historic neighborhoods at your own pace.
Can I change my travel date?
Yes! This ticket is fully flexible. You can reschedule for free by contacting our Customer Service team before activation.
Where is the Information Centre?
Find it at Via delle Terme di Diocleziano 34, open daily from 09:00–20:00. It offers free Wi-Fi, support, and refreshments.
