WILD LIFE Sydney Zoo is open from daily 10am to 4pm (last entry 3pm).
Please be aware that once you redeem your ticket at the Wild Life Sydney Zoo, we are unable to perform a refund.
In the event that Big Bus is unable to provide a service throughout the period of the validity of your ticket through circumstances within its control, you shall be entitled to a full or partial refund of the price of your ticket.
