What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour, you will be charged 100%.

Yes, but dune bashing may not be suitable for very young children or those with certain medical conditions.
What should I bring on a desert safari?
Sunblock, sunglasses, and a light jacket or shawl for cooler winter evenings.
What time will I get picked up for my safari?
We will inform you on the day of your experience of your pick-up time based on sunset timings and your hotel location to ensure you do not have to wait. However please keep in mind pick up for may till september is from 16:00-16:30.
How can I request a refund?
