Is the commentary available in different languages?
Yes. Audio commentary is available in 9 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Turkish, Hebrew, and Russian.
How often do the buses run?
Buses on the Red Route run approximately every 45 minutes. Schedules may vary depending on operational conditions.
On which days does the tour operate?
The Big Bus Tour runs daily form April 1st until Oct 31st.
How long does the tour take?
A full circuit of the Red Route takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes without getting off.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your tour start date when booking. Multi-day tickets must be used on consecutive days starting from that date. Some tickets may also require a time selection. Check your confirmation email for details.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at Stop #1 or with your Bus Driver. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket. Note that the paper ticket is the one that replaces your digital voucher so make sure you keep hold of it.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Child tickets are available for children aged 4–12. Children aged 3 and under travel free when accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

I bought the ticket but it’s for someone else. It has my name on it, is this ok?
You're all set! Simply show your voucher(s) to our sales team at Stop#1, who will scan the QR code and hand over your Big Bus Tour tickets. Don't lose them, they're like gold (cash) and cannot be replaced.
