Are the tours daily?
Our tours of the city of Toledo operate 365 days a year.
How long does the tour last?
The complete tour lasts approximately 60 minutes with a frequency of 60 minutes.
Our route operates between:
Low season (9th Nov – 15 Mar): 10:00 to 18:00 (last departure 17:00).
High season (16th March – 8th Nov) 10:00 to 20:30 (last departure 19:30).
To complete the entire route back to the starting point, you must board the bus before 17:00 in low season and before 19:30 in high season, as after this time the route ends at Alcázar de Toledo. Please note that the duration of the tour is subject to traffic and road closures.
How does the 48-hour hop on & hop off ticket work with the ‘Explore’ ticket?
The ‘Explore’ ticket is valid for 48 consecutive hours from the first time it is used. In other words, if you use it on Monday at 10:00 a.m., it will be valid until Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. During this time, you can hop on and off the Big Bus Toledo buses as many times as you like.
How does the guided walking tour work with the ‘Explore’ ticket?

The guided walking tour takes place every day at 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and lasts approximately 90 minutes. The meeting point is the central Plaza de Zocodover. We will be waiting for you with a white umbrella 15 minutes before the start time. As this is a guided group tour, please be punctual.
How does the tourist wristband work with the ‘Explore’ ticket?

To use the Toledo tourist wristband, you must validate the voucher (which you will receive after booking your ‘Explore’ ticket) at the first of the seven monuments you visit. There, it will be exchanged for a physical wristband that you must wear on your wrist to gain free access to the rest of the monuments for one week.
Are there tickets for children?
Yes, there are tickets for children aged 4 to 11. Children under 4 can travel for free, but must sit on their carer's lap when the service is full. Pushchairs and prams must be stored on the lower deck. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our fleet is wheelchair accessible.
Where is the information point located?
We have a Visitor Centre (ticket office) in the centre of Toledo, where we personally welcome all visitors. It is located at the main entrance to the old town, right next to the famous Safont escalators.
