How do I redeem my ticket?
Simply present your printed or mobile voucher to a Big Bus staff member at any stop. They’ll issue your ticket and provide earphones.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, but only on the Red Route. Green Route buses are not currently accessible. Please ask staff for assistance if needed.

What is a Family Ticket?
A Family Ticket allows two adults (aged 16 and above) and up to three children (ages 5 to 15) to travel together on one booking.
When do tours start and how frequently do buses run?
The first bus departs at 09:10 am from Stop 1 at Na Příkopě (Downtown). Buses run every 15 to 20 minutes until 4:40 pm, depending on the season. You can also start your tour from other main stops like Old Town Square (Stop 4) or Main Train Station (Stop 9).
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, dogs are welcome on board as long as they are well-behaved.
