The Big Bus Rome sightseeing tour offers a recorded commentary in your choice of either English, Italian, Spanish, French German, Brazilian Portuguese and Mandarin. The commentary is available through complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.

Simply show your ticket to a Big Bus Tours staff member at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

Big Bus Tours Rome operates daily. Occasionally severe weather and special event days could affect service.

Yes –we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.

A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 5 - 15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, all of our buses are wheelchair accessible.

First tour of the day departs at 09:00 am from Stop 1 at Termini Railway Station, and buses will come every 15 minutes until 7.00 pm depending on the of time of year. Other popular stops to start the tour include Stop 3 at the Colosseum and Stop 6 at the Vatican however you can redeem your ticket at any of the over 8 Big Bus stops. To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactROM. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.

This ticket includes timed entry to the Colosseum, and standard entry to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill.

Ticket instructions:
1. Your online booking date is for your Big Bus Tour and your visit to the archaeological sites. The time selected is for your chosen entry time to the Colosseum.

2. After booking, please email bookingrome@bigbustours.com at least 7 days in advance of your Colosseum visit date to reconfirm.
Please include:
Your booking reference
The lead guest's name
The names for all other guests included in the booking (and ages if they are under 18).

3. On the day of your tour and visit to the archaeological sites, please present your booking confirmation at the Big Bus Tours Kiosk located in Piazza Del Colosseo, 4470 to redeem your voucher and collect the Colosseum and the archaeological area entrance ticket.

4. Big Bus Tours staff will give you your bus tour pass, and your entry pass for Colosseum.

5. You can board the bus at any of the bus stops and use the ticket you have collected from the kiosk to enter the Colosseum through the main entrance (at the time stated on your ticket).

Please note: tickets are not refundable and entry times cannot be modified once booked. Your ticket for the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill is valid for one day and allows only one entrance to the Colosseum and only one entrance to the Roman Forum and Palatine Hill, but our bus tour is flexible - within the validity period of your ticket, you can hop on at any time during service hours.
