What are the operating days and hours?
Tours operate daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Red Route buses run every 20 minutes; Green Route every 60 minutes. Reduced service on March 15, August 20, and October 23.
Where can I redeem my ticket?
Show your confirmation to Big Bus staff at the Visitor Centre: Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 17, 1065 Budapest. They will issue your valid receipt.
What is the child policy?
Children aged 6–18 require a child ticket. Children aged 5 or under ride free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
What languages is the commentary available in?
On the bus, audio commentary is available in 16 languages: English, German, Hungarian, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Polish, Swedish, Korean, Greek, Turkish, Arabic, Hebrew, Dutch, and Portuguese.
What should I know about the walking tour?
The walking tour runs daily at 11:00 AM and lasts 1 hour. It starts at Stop #1 (St. Stephen’s Basilica) and ends at Stop #2 (Chain Bridge), led in English by a local guide. Key highlights include the Parliament, Shoes on the Danube Bank, and Váci Street.

What is a Family Ticket?
A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 19 +) and 2 Children (Age 6 – 18).
