Where can I start the tour?
You can board at any stop, but the main departure point is Waterloo Place, opposite Apex Waterloo Place Hotel.
How often to the buses run?
City Tour: every 10 minutes. Britannia Tour: every 60 minutes. Check the app or service page for live updates.
On which days does the tour operate?
Daily, all year round, except 25 December and 1 January. Reduced service on select public holidays.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your mobile or printed ticket to a staff member at any stop. They’ll issue your hop-on, hop-off access.
What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 4 - 15. Children aged 3 and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes, most buses are accessible. Contact us in advance if needed.
Do you allow dogs on board?
Yes, both service animals and pets are welcome onboard.
Can someone else use my ticket?
Yes. You may gift or transfer your ticket to another person without issue.
How can I request a refund?
If you booked directly, request a refund via the Big Bus app or bigbustours.com/contactEDI. Third-party bookings must go through the original seller.
What is a Family Ticket?
A family ticket for Big Bus tour consists of 2 Adults (Age 16 +) and 2 Children (Age 4 – 15).
