What is the child policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 3 - 11. Children 2 and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I activate my ticket?
Download the Big Bus app, add your booking, and tap “Activate” on your travel day. Show the activated ticket to board.
Is there a commentary available in my language?
Commentary is available in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, and Russian. Complimentary earphones will be provided when you board the bus.

Big Bus Tours Abu Dhabi operates every day of the year, even throughout the summer.
Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes, you’ll need to select your travel date when booking. If your ticket covers multiple days, they must be used consecutively.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

When do tours start and how frequent are they?
The first bus departs at 09:00 AM from Abu Dhabi Mall, with buses arriving every 30–60 minutes until 5:00 PM. You can start at any of the 14+ stops, including Louvre Museum or the Presidential Palace.
How do I get my Louvre ticket?
Exchange your voucher with the Big Bus driver at Stop #2 (Louvre Museum) to receive your museum ticket.
Can I get a refund?
If booked directly through Big Bus, request a refund via the Big Bus app or their website. If booked via a third-party platform, contact your original booking agent.
What should I wear at the Mosque or Palace?
Modest dress is required. No shorts for men. Women must cover arms, legs, and hair.
When is the Louvre open?
The museum opens daily from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (closed on Mondays). Collect your Louvre ticket from the driver at Stop #2.
When do the mosque shuttles run?
Shuttles depart from Abu Dhabi Mall at 11:30 AM and 2:30 PM, returning at 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM. Guided tours at the Mosque run hourly in English.
