Accessibility

360 CHICAGO is fully ADA compliant. Elevators to the Ticketing Desk can be found in the Delaware & Michigan side of the building. Please note the TILT room is wheelchair-accessible, but not the ride itself.

Combine breathtakingly beautiful views of Chicago and Lake Michigan with sky-high thrills at 360 Chicago, an observation deck on the 94th floor of the John Hancock building. 360 Chicago presents the windy city in panoramic detail, with stunning views of Lake Michigan and Magnificent Mile laid out 1000 feet below. Visitors can enjoy refreshments at the cafe and bar, and seek thrills at TILT, a unique viewing platform that tilts passengers 30 degrees out of the building in a clear glass box.
