Important information

Where does the shuttle depart from?

The shuttle departs from 98 E Wacker Drive, between Michigan Avenue and Wabash Avenue.

Is there a tour guide?

This is an express shuttle service and not part of our regular tours. There is no narration.

How often does the shuttle operate?

Departures run approximately every 30–45 minutes from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM, daily.

How long is the journey?

The transfer takes approximately 25–30 minutes each way.

Is admission to the attractions included?

No. Admission to the Obama Presidential Center Museum and the Griffin Museum of Science & Industry must be purchased separately.

Can I visit Jackson Park for free?

Yes. Jackson Park and the Obama Presidential Center campus are free to enter. Only the museum requires a separate admission ticket.

Is this a guided tour?

No. This is a shuttle transfer only and does not include a guide or onboard audio commentary.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You may present either a digital or printed ticket when boarding.
