Where do you stop at Dublin Airport?
Dublin Airport T1 (DUB)
The pick up and drop off stop for Terminal 1 is located in the same place outside the Terminal 1 Arrivals building. When exiting the terminal building turn left to find the stop.
Terminal 1 Pick Up & Drop Off Location

Dublin Airport T2 (DUB)
The pick up stop for services to Dublin City is located in Zone 21 outside the Terminal 2 building. When exiting from arrivals, cross the glass walkway, turn left and go down the escalator.
Terminal 2 Pick Up Location

For services arriving at Terminal 2, customers will be dropped off just outside the entrance to departures.

Where do you stop in Dublin City?
Dublin City Centre - Eden Quay: O'Connell St. & Marlborough St. This stop is located in Dublin’s city centre, less than a 5 minute walk from O'Connell Street and the Spire. Services pick up and drop off at the same location, Stop 297.

Dublin City Centre - Custom House Quay: Dublin Docklands. This stop is located in Dublin’s city centre, less than a 10 minute walk from O'Connell Street, Connolly Train Station and the Busáras Central Bus Station. Services pick up and drop off at the same location, Stop 135271.

What is the luggage allowance?
You can take two medium-sized suitcases or one large suitcase (each weighing no more than 20kg) on your coach, plus a small piece of hand luggage. Please note: Medium sized items are defined as 70cm x 30cm x 45cm, whilst large items may have a max dimension of 75cm x 50cm x 32cm. Your hand luggage can be no larger than 45cm x 35cm x 20cm.

Is there a commentary in my language?

All our bus tours feature expert local guides, who deliver an entertaining narration in English. We also offer pre-recorded commentary on all buses, available 8 languages (English, German, French, Spanish, Cantonese, Japanese, Italian, and Russian). You can tune in to the pre-recorded commentary via complimentary earphones - collect these when you board the bus.

Do I need to specify a date of travel?

Yes –we’ll ask you to select the date you’d like to hop on the bus. If you’re touring with us for more than one day, your ticket must be used across consecutive days, and the date you select at time of booking should be the first day of your tour. Some tours also require you to select a time of travel, to guarantee your seat. If your ticket includes extras, you may also need to book additional dates & times for all elements of your ticket after your purchase is complete. See your booking confirmation email for instructions.

Do bus tours operate every day?

Yes. Please note that our service may be subject to public holidays or local events that involve road closures, like St. Patrick's Day and Christmas Day. Please check our service information page for up-to-date information.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your printed ticket to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a receipt that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

What is the child ticketing policy?

Child tickets are available for passengers between the ages of 5-15. Children under 5 may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?

85% of our buses are wheelchair accessible.

Is food and drink allowed on board the bus?

For health and safety reasons, we request that you don't bring any food or drink on board the bus, with the exception of bottled water.

Dublin Express Hours of Operation: Dublin Express buses run 7 days a week, with a bus every 30 minutes. The ticket is valid for a single journey between Dublin airport and Dublin city centre. To Dublin City Centre: coaches depart Dublin Airport Terminals* 1 & 2 between 04:05–23:05.
