How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your mobile or printed voucher to a Big Bus staff member at any stop to receive your physical ticket. Keep it safe-it can’t be replaced.
How long is the full tour loop?
Approximately 90 minutes, not including hop-off time. Buses run from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Are your buses air-conditioned?
No, we have natural air-conditioning as our buses are open top!
Where does the tour start?
The first departure is from the Independence Visitor Center (SW corner of 6th & Market). You can also board at any of the 27+ stops.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Some vehicles are ADA accessible. Contact Big Bus 48 hours in advance to request accommodations.
Can I bring pets?
Only service animals are allowed on board.
Is my ticket transferable?
Yes. Even if your name is on the voucher, someone else can use it-just present it at a stop.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Yes, refunds are available depending on where you booked. If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, you can request a refund via the Big Bus Tours App or through the contact form at bigbustours.com/contactPHI
What is the child ticket policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 4 to 12 years. Children aged 3 and under travel for free when accompanied by a paying adult. All children must be supervised by an adult throughout the tour.
