Do I need to see a member of Big Bus before boarding the bus?
If you have downloaded your QR code from the booking portal, you can head straight to the Airport Shuttle bus and show your ticket to the driver.
If you are purchasing your ticket from one of our members of staff, your QR code will be printed on the ticket - simply show this to the bus driver to board the shuttle.
