The tour starts at the Touristation Office (Piazza d'Ara Coeli, 16).
At the end of the guided tour, you will return to the starting point.

Guided tours of the Catacombs are available daily in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German and Polish (across all tour departure times).

Everyday. The Catacomb that you will visit varies according on the day of visit.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
The Monument is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for those with claustrophobia as well as for those with serious walking problems: there are 100 uneven steps along the route and no possibility to sit down; there are no elevators, and the walking surface is uneven.
Is there a dress code for the Catacombs?
The Catacombs are a sacred place, it is recommended to dress appropriately. In addition, inside the temperature is consistently about 17° C and and there is high humidity, so it is recommended to cover up.
