How can I request a refund?

What happens if I forget my ID?
Guests without valid photo identification may still be able to join the tour, but wineries may refuse service for wine tastings. No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed tastings due to lack of ID.

Yes. All guests must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver's licence, or national identity card) to participate in wine tastings during the tour.

You'll visit Korbel Winery plus either Russian River Vineyards or Horse & Plow, depending on the day's schedule.

Your day begins with a scenic drive over the Golden Gate Bridge to Muir Woods - an isolated canyon filled with magnificent ancient coastal redwood trees. You'll have 90 minutes to enjoy the peace and solitude of this enchanting forest as you wander the boardwalks beneath a canopy reaching up to 260 feet. Here, Northern California’s signature fog and the cool, crisp fragrance of the redwoods is cut with occasional shafts of bright sunlight, creating an unforgettable natural ambience. Next, you'll visit the Mediterranean-style seaside village of Sausalito. You'll have an hour and a half in Sausalito to take in sweeping views across San Francisco Bay, explore sophisticated galleries and boutiques, and enjoy some lunch (we've got a list of recommendations for great local eateries!). Continuing on, we head north into the vine-covered hillsides of the world-famous Wine Country. We'll take you to two of our favorite wineries in Napa or Sonoma Valley for wine tastings and an exclusive estate tour. You'll see the inner workings of these wineries, and learn more about their fascinating histories. At each winery you'll enjoy a tasting of 3–5 award-winning varietals while an expert wine host shares insights into production, from planting through to pour. The day concludes with a scenic drive back over the Golden Gate Bridge and into San Francisco as the sun sets into the Pacific Ocean. You’ll be back in Fisherman's Wharf before dinner time, so be ready to head out for a night on the town!
