What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 12 years. Children under 2 years travel free but must sit on an adult’s lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
How do I activate my ticket?
On the day of travel, use the Big Bus Tours app to activate your ticket. Once your ticket countdown has started, simply show your activated ticket to the driver to board.
If for any reason, you can't activate your ticket via the app, you can still show your printed ticket or QR to a member of staff at one of our stops, aboard the bus or at the BIG BUS & DUCK counter at Suntec City Mall Tower 2, #01-K8, 3 Temasek Boulevard. They'll issue you a paper ticket that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

Is the bus accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the lower deck is accessible. The upper deck and some routes may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

First departures begin at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 (Suntec City Tourist Hub), with service every 25–40 minutes until 5:20 PM.
How can I request a refund?
If you booked directly with Big Bus Tours, please request your refund via the contact form on our website, or on live chat via the website or in-app. If you booked through a third-party partner, please contact the original provider to arrange your refund.
What are the tour departure times?
First departures begin at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 (Suntec City Tourist Hub). Buses run every 25–40 minutes until around 5:20 PM, depending on the season. You may also board at other key stops like Stop 11 (Botanic Gardens) or Stop 17 (Art Museum).
How do I reschedule my booking?
Email sales@ducktours.com.sg at least 1 working day in advance. Late or same-day reschedule requests will not be accepted.
Are food and drinks allowed on board?
No food or drinks are allowed on the bus, except plain drinking water.
What time does the Night Tour start?
The Night Tour departs at 6:15 PM sharp from Suntec City. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
Is the Night Tour guided?
Yes, a live English-speaking guide will be on board to share interesting stories and facts about Singapore’s culture, nightlife, and landmarks.
What is included in the Night Tour?
The Night Tour is a 3-hour panoramic open-top bus experience with live English commentary. It includes a food stop at Lau Pa Sat market (with food vouchers) and a stop to watch the light and sound show at Gardens by the Bay.

What is the Cityscape Tour?
The Cityscape Tour is a 45-minute panoramic sightseeing tour included with Essential and Explore tickets. Departing from the Big Bus & DUCK Counter at Suntec City at 15:00, 16:15, 17:30, and 19:00, the tour showcases Singapore's iconic landmarks and includes a stop at the Singapore Cable Car Station, where passengers may hop off and reboard.
