What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 3 to 12 years. Children under 2 years travel free but must sit on an adult’s lap. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stored on the lower deck.
Where do I redeem my ticket?
At the BIG BUS & DUCK counter at Suntec City Mall, Tower 2, #01-K8, 3 Temasek Boulevard.
Is the bus accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, the lower deck is accessible. The upper deck and some routes may not be suitable for wheelchair users.
What are the tour hours?
First departures begin at 9:30 AM from Stop 1 (Suntec City Tourist Hub), with service every 25–40 minutes until 5:20 PM.
Can I get a refund?
If you booked via Big Bus, use their app or go to bigbustours.com/contactSGP. If booked through a third party, contact them directly.

How do I reschedule my booking?
Email sales@ducktours.com.sg at least 1 working day in advance. Late or same-day reschedule requests will not be accepted.
Are food and drinks allowed on board?
No food or drinks are allowed on the bus, except plain drinking water.
What time does the Night Tour start?
The Night Tour departs at 6:15 PM sharp from Suntec City. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in.
