What is the definition of a large bag?
Airline style checked bag. Any bag that is compact, medium, large, extra-large, and oversized will be charged as large. Including: golf clubs, large backpacks or traveling backpacks, garment/ suit bags, large duffel bags, wheelchairs, strollers and boxes.
What is the definition of a small bag?
Airline style carry-on. Including purses, laptop bags or briefcases, small/ school backpacks, small duffel bags, and tote bags.
Where is the All Day Baggage Storage located?
At 999 Canada Place Way, inside the Cruise Ship Terminal. Cruise guests can visit the Ground Transportation Desk for drop-off details.
How many bags can I store?
There are currently no limitations on how many bags you can store.
Are there bag size restrictions?
There are currently no size limitations for bags.
What are your operating hours?
We are open from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm
By what time should I pick up my bag?
Bags must be collected by 4:30 pm.
Can my Bags be stored overnight?
Bags cannot be stored overnight at the Cruise Ship Terminal. Bags not claimed by 5:00 pm at the latest, will be stored off-site and extra fees will be incurred.
What if I miss the baggage pick up time?
We recommend collecting your luggage by 4:30 pm. Any bags unclaimed after 5:00 pm will be transferred to the YVR Airport Baggage Service Desk (Domestic Arrivals, Level 2). A $75 transfer fee will apply and is payable at pickup.
