Does the Hop-On, Hop-Off tour include entrance to any attractions?
No, all attractions must be purchased separately.
What languages is the commentary available in?
We offer fully recorded commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin through our AudioMe App on all Hop-On, Hop-Off buses.

Do you accept luggage on Hop-On, Hop-Off?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items that are not securely or properly stored onboard.
How often do buses run?
Buses run every 30 minutes from May to September and every 60–80 minutes from October to April. Frequency may vary during special events or weather.
Are Hop-On, Hop-Off tours wheelchair accessible?
All double-decker buses can accommodate motorized and collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.
Where may guests with wheelchairs, walkers or strollers sit?
Guests with collapsible wheelchairs, walkers or strollers have courtesy seating on the lower level of the bus. Due to Provincial safety regulations that require all equipment to be secured and stored, strollers and walkers are not permitted to be kept with the guest at their seat or on their lap. We do not accept reservations for courtesy seating.
Where can I board the bus?
You can board at any stop, or start your journey from the Canada Place Welcome Centre.
What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for children aged 3–12. Children aged 2 and under travel free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
How do I activate my ticket?
On the day of travel, use the Big Bus Tours app to activate your ticket. Once your ticket countdown has started, simply show your activated ticket to the driver to board.
If for any reason, you can't activate your ticket via the app, you can still show your printed ticket or QR to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a paper ticket that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.

Our meeting point is 999 Canada Place Way. at our Welcome Kisosk. Our drop-off points are the Canada Place Welcome Kiosk and Gastown.
