Are the Hop buses wheelchair accessible?

Motorized and collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and space is first come, first served.

What does it mean to have a 24 or 48 Hour Ticket?

To give you the most out of your Pass, we have based the service on the number of hours instead of the day. If you Hop-On at 3:00 pm, then a 48 Hour ticket is valid until 2:59 pm the next 2 days!

Where can I start the Hop-On, Hop-Off tour?

Our main starting location is Canada Place. Please view our Live Map to view all stops.

Is there commentary in my language?

On the Bus, Full recorded commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean & Mandarin on the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses.

How long is the flight?

The scenic flight lasts approximately 20 minutes, with a total experience time of around 30 minutes including boarding and taxi time.

Please note: Guests may be combined with other passengers on the same flight and passenger weight and balance restrictions may apply.

What should I bring?

Bring your confirmation, government-issued ID, and a camera for photos.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Seaplane flights operate in most weather conditions but may be delayed or rescheduled if safety requires.
