Are the Hop-On Hop-Off buses wheelchair accessible?
Motorized and collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers and strollers are accepted on Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and space is first-come, first-served.
What does it mean to have a 48 Hour Ticket?
To give you the most out of your Pass, we have based the service on the number of hours instead of the day. If you Hop-On at 3:00 pm, then a 48 Hour ticket is valid until 2:59 pm the next 2 days!
Where can I start the Hop-On, Hop-Off tour?
Our main starting location is Canada Place. Please view our Live Map to view all stops.
Do you accept Luggage on the Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate luggage on our Hop-On, Hop-Off buses due to limited storage capacity and provincial laws prohibiting luggage and other items which are not securely or properly stored onboard.
Is there commentary in my language?
Full recorded commentary in English, French, Spanish, German, Japanese, Korean & Mandarin on the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses.
What is the bus frequency at each stop?
In the summer season, our scheduled frequency is every 30 minutes. In the winter season, our scheduled frequency is every 35-40 minutes. Schedule is subject to change without notice. For the latest information, please contact us at 604-451-1600.

What can I see at the Vancouver Aquarium?
The Aquarium is home to a huge variety of creatures including jellyfish, sea otters, sea lions, frogs, birds, reptiles, and more.
Is the Vancouver Aquarium wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the Aquarium is fully accessible including designated wheelchair spots for shows and wheelchair accessible washrooms. Remember that the Hop-On, Hop-Off buses and trolleys cannot accept wheelchairs.
What time is the Vancouver Aquarium open until?
