Where do I meet the tour?
Tours departs from Granville Island located at 1832 Mast Tower Rd
What are the age restrictions for the zodiac boat tours?
There are no age restrictions, but all guests must be at least 4 feet tall
When do I need to arrive for my tour?
Please arrive 30 minutes early to check in and get set up.
Are there bathrooms on the boat?
There is no bathroom on the boat, though facilities are available before and after your tour
Who it suitable to take the tour?
Not recommended for guests with a history of serious medical conditions including but not limited to back or neck injuries, recent surgery, and current or suspected pregnancy
What should I bring?
Sunglasses, sunscreen and water
Will I get wet?
Maybe! Guests may get ocean spray while travelling on a Zodiac Boat.
What happens if I need to cancel?
All boat tours include Trip Cancellation insurance. That means, you can cancel up to 2 hours prior to departure for a full refund.
