What time does the Sunset Tour depart?
Departure time varies by season — 6:30 PM (March 10–April 30 & Sept 3–Dec 30), and 7:00 PM (May 1–Sept 2). Check the Big Bus app or website for the latest updates.
Do I need to specify a date for travel?
Yes, your Sunset Tour is booked for a specific date. If you need to change it, contact Big Bus via their website chat. Tickets remain valid for 6 months from purchase
What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets apply to ages 3–12. Children aged 2 and under ride free. Anyone 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Fold strollers before boarding.
What is the food and drink policy?
No food or alcohol is permitted on board the bus. Please feel welcome to bring non-alcoholic drinks in screw-top bottles.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
A limited number of buses are ADA accessible. Contact Big Bus at least 48 hours in advance to arrange access. The upper deck is not accessible.
