What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
On which days does the tour operate?
Big Bus Chicago Sunset Tour operates daily between May–October only. Occasionally severe weather and special event days, including the Chicago Marathon, could affect our service.
Do I need to specify a date for travel?
No. Your ticket entitles you to travel on the day of your choice.
Accessbility
Big Bus operates wheelchair accessible vehicles that can accommodate a weight up to 650 pounds. Please be advised that the upper deck on our entire fleet is not wheelchair accessible. Passengers with mobility requirements may not be able to access the upper deck of the buses. Big Bus cannot guarantee the accessibility of the various attractions along the tour.

To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contact/CHI. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booking agent for your refund request
