Do I need to specify a date of travel?
Yes. Select your travel date when booking. Tickets must be used on that date unless changed in advance.
What is the child ticketing policy?
Child tickets are available for passengers aged between 3 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult (16+). Children aged 2 years and under may travel free of charge. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
How long does the tour take?
The full Day Tour (Red Route) takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours without hopping off.
When and how often do buses run?
Daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with buses every 30 to 60 minutes depending on the season.
How do I activate my ticket?
On the day, open the Big Bus app, tap “Activate,” and show the ticket to the driver. If you cannot activate it, show your printed ticket or QR code to staff to get a paper ticket.
Where can I start the tour?
Start at any of the 8 Big Bus stops. Popular stops include Stop 1 (MGM Grand), Stop 5 (The STRAT), and Stop 9 (Welcome Sign).
Can I change my date?
Yes. You can change your tour date for free by contacting Big Bus Customer Service.
Is alcohol allowed on board?
No, alcohol is not permitted. Only non-alcoholic drinks with a locking cap are allowed.
Is the tour accessible?
Some buses are wheelchair accessible up to 650 pounds. Contact Big Bus at least 48 hours in advance to confirm availability.
Do tours run daily?
Yes, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and during the Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon.

Redeem your ticket with Big Bus staff first. Then ride anytime between 2:00 PM and 4:59 PM on your chosen day.
When does the Night Tour depart?
Check in by 7:40 PM at Hard Rock Cafe (main entrance bar). The tour departs at 8:00 PM sharp from the PUMA store area.
Are Hoover Dam tour vehicles accessible?
Yes, but you must notify National Park Express in advance to arrange an ADA-compliant vehicle.
