What is the child ticketing policy?
Children aged 4–15 enjoy discounted tickets. Kids under 4 ride free! Just remember, all children must be accompanied by an adult.
On which days does the tour operate?
Although Big Bus Tours operates 365 days a year, the London Eye, does occasionally close for holidays or schedule maintenance. Visit the Big Bus Manage my Booking portal to choose your London Eye date and timeslot.
How do I redeem my ticket?
Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at one of our stops.
Accessibility Information.
All buses are wheelchair accessible with ramps and designated seating areas. Space is limited to one wheelchair per bus, or two if one guest can transfer to a seat. Due to safety guidelines, mobility scooters and some larger wheelchairs may not be accommodated. To ensure a smooth ride, contact Big Bus in advance or check the app to confirm your wheelchair fits onboard.
When do the buses depart?
Start your day from Green Park Underground at 8:30 AM. Buses run every 15–20 minutes until 6 PM, with seasonal variations. Hop on at any of 40+ stops, including the London Eye (Stop 11) and Tower of London (Stop 16). Just show your ticket and start exploring!
