What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 15 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge. Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult. Strollers and pushchairs must be folded and stowed on the lower deck.
On which days does the tour operate?
Our London Big Bus Tours operate every day of the year, excluding Christmas day.
Is there a commentary available in my language?
Our buses feature a pre-recorded commentary in your choice of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, German and Italian. The commentary is available via complimentary earphones that you will receive when you board the bus.
Are you able to drink alcohol on Big Bus Tours?
You are not allowed to carry or consume alcohol on any of our buses. However, water and other soft drinks are allowed on the bus.
Accessibility
Yes, our London fleet is wheelchair accessible. Buses can accommodate 1 wheelchair per vehicle (or 2 if one passenger can transfer). Wheelchairs must not exceed 300 kg occupied weight or the designated space’s width. For certainty, email a photo and dimensions of your wheelchair in advance to info@bigbustours.com
Is there a Family Ticket option?
Yes. A Family Ticket includes 2 adults (16+) and 2 children (4–15). It offers great value for families touring together.
Refunds
To request a refund, if booked directly with Big Bus Tours visit the Big Bus Tours App or by using the enquiry form available on the website bigbustours.com/contactLON. If you booked via a 3rd partner, please go back to the original booker agent for your refund request.
How do I activate and use my ticket?
Present your digital or printed voucher to the Big Bus team at Stop 12 (London Eye). No activation is needed in the app for the Evening Tour—it’s a single-use experience.
