What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 15 years. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our London Christmas Lights Tour operates on specific dates between 12th November – 30th December, excluding the 25th and 31st December.

Our Christmas Lights tours feature live English speaking guides on departures from London Eye and Green Park. Departures from Marble Arch will not have a live guide but English audio guides will be available.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes - all buses are fitted with ramps and space for one wheelchair per bus (a second if the customer can transfer to a fixed seat). For safety, mobility scooters and oversized chairs cannot be carried. The ramp supports up to 300 kg (occupied) and wheelchairs must fit the designated area. To confirm compatibility, email info@bigbustours.com with a photo, width, and weight of your chair.
