What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children aged between 4 and 15 years. Children aged 3 years and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
On which days does the tour operate?
Our London Christmas Lights Tour operates on specific dates between 14th November – 30th December, excluding the 24th, 25th and 31st December.
Christmas Day bookings: Please note - the river cruise inclusion is not valid on 25th Dec. For bookings that include this date, the cruise can be taken on 24th or 26th December.

Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
Yes - all buses are fitted with ramps and space for one wheelchair per bus (a second if the customer can transfer to a fixed seat). For safety, mobility scooters and oversized chairs cannot be carried. The ramp supports up to 300 kg (occupied) and wheelchairs must fit the designated area. To confirm compatibility, email info@bigbustours.com with a photo, width, and weight of your chair.

How do I activate my ticket?
Activate your ticket on the Big Bus Tours app on the day of travel. Show the activated ticket to the driver to board. If you can’t activate via the app, show your printed ticket or QR code to staff to receive a paper ticket.
