What is the child ticketing policy?
A child ticket is available for children between the ages of 4 - 15. Children aged 3 and under may travel free of charge. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
Yes, all buses are wheelchair accessible with ramps and space for one wheelchair per bus. Larger wheelchairs or mobility scooters may not be accommodated due to size and weight limits (max 300kg). For confirmation, email a photo and specs of your wheelchair to info@bigbustours.com

Where do I start the tour?
You can start at any Big Bus stop. A recommended stop is Stop 19: Tower of London (TfL Bus Stop "TA").
How do I use my bus ticket?
Activate it through the Big Bus app or show your voucher to staff at any stop. The ticket is valid for 24 hours from first use.
Where does the river cruise depart from?
Board the one-way cruise at either Westminster Pier or Tower Pier (approx. 40 minutes) with live English commentary. Cruises run every 15–40 minutes in summer and every 30–40 minutes in winter.
What languages is the audio commentary available in?
The tour offers pre-recorded commentary in 7 languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, and Brazilian Portuguese.
