Yes. Windsor Duck Tours is a dated & timed tour. When you book, you will be required to select your tour date and time, subject to availability.

Duck Tour - Pick up and drop off point

Our tours are circular. The pick-up and drop off point is located at the bottom of Thames Street, opposite The Theatre Royal. The exact address to punch into your smartphone is 33 Thames Street, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1PR. Upon arrival look out for our famous Duck Stop!

Duck Tour - Getting to us

Windsor’s fantastic public transport connections and expensive limited parking… We recommend getting the train or bus if possible!

Duck Tour - Pushchairs and buggies

We are able to take collapsible buggies on board the vehicle. Large prams & push chairs will be securely locked to the stop but are not able to come on board.

Duck Tour - What ages will enjoy the duck?

All ages! Over the years we have had old and young alike beaming from start to end. For the youngsters, climbing aboard the giant yellow duck is quite the adventure, and adults are entertained by our witty, knowledgeable guides. Not to forget, our exciting SPLASHDOWN is enjoyed by everyone!

Duck Tour - Accessibility access

Due to the nature of the vehicle all passengers must be able to climb the 5 steps to board.

Duck Tour - What if I miss my tour?

If you miss your tour we will try, but NOT guarantee to get you on the last tour we are running that day. Tickets for the tour are non-refundable and may only be changed 48-hours prior to your departure.

Duck Tour - Is there a guide on the tour?

All of our tours have a live guide to ensure the tour is fun and informative! Listen carefully for some interesting facts about Windsor and the sights (we reserve the right to make up answers to anything we don’t know about!).

London Big Bus Tour - How do I activate my ticket?

If for any reason, you can't activate your ticket via the app, you can still show your printed ticket or QR to a member of staff at one of our stops or aboard the bus. They'll issue you a paper ticket that you'll be able to use to hop on the bus throughout the validity of your ticket.
