What will I see?

Our tours pass through the main sights of Madrid and through the most fascinating neighborhoods. On board our buses, you will see emblematic buildings such as the Prado Museum, the Las Ventas bullring and the Puerta de Alcalá, observe the hustle and bustle of Gran Vía, Plaza España and Atocha station among others from the upper deck of our buses.

What day is there a tour?

Our buses operate every day, except December 25. Occasionally, bad weather or special events may affect the service. See Service Information for up-to-date information.

How long is the tour?

The tour lasts approximately 80 minutes and may be affected by traffic or other inconveniences outside the company.

Do I have to specify the date of travel?

Yes, you will need to select the date and time you want to take the bus.

How do I redeem my ticket?

Show your ticket (printed or on a device) to a member of staff at our meeting point.

Are there facilities for people with disabilities?

No. This tour is not accessible for those with reduced mobility.

Is luggage allowed on the bus?

No, luggage is not allowed on the bus.

Where can I buy a ticket for the tour?

You can buy tickets on our website, at our official points of sale and affiliated points of sale or at a trusted retailer, such as your hotel receptionist.

Are Guides available in my language?

Our buses are live guided in two languages, Spanish and English.

What time do the tours start and how often do the buses run?

Where can I start the sightseeing tour?

You can join the tour from the Fountain of Neptune at our stop located on the pedestrian boulevard in front of the Prado Museum.

Do you make stops?

No, with our tour you can see the most central area of Madrid in a single tour, so you can get to know Madrid in depth.

Can I bring a guide dog on the bus?

The accompaniment of guide dog is allowed for people with visual disabilities.

Can I bring a pet?

Pets can board the bus without occupying a seat, with a muzzle, leash or basket.

How far in advance should I be at the stop?

We recommend your arrival at the meeting point about 15 minutes before the departure of the tour.

Are there discounts for age groups?

Yes, people over 65 and children aged between 5 and 15 have a special price. Children under 4 travel for free, but they should not occupy seats if the bus is full.

Is there a guide on the bus?

Yes, we have a live guide.

Can tickets be cancelled?

Yes, changes and cancellations can be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Where does the bus depart on Sundays?

Go to our Neptune kiosk and our seller will inform you where to wait for the bus.

Is smoking allowed at the top of the bus?

No, it is forbidden to smoke tobacco, vape and any of its variations

Can you eat/drink on the bus?

No, eating and drinking is not allowed on the bus

What happens if I miss the bus?

Please ensure you allow plenty of time to arrive at the departure point as no-shows and latecomers will not be able to board the bus or claim for a refund.
