Where is the meeting point?
9:00 am from the Welcome Center, located at San Bernardo 5, Gran Galería Shopping Center. Please arrive 15 minutes before your tour departure time to exchange your booking confirmation voucher with one of our staff members.
Where does the tour finish?
The tour ends at the Neptune Fountain.
How long does the tour last?
The whole experience lasts approximately 12 hours, which may vary depending on the traffic on the road.
How far in advance should I arrive at the meeting point?
You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time of the experience, queuing in an orderly fashion, so that the staff can check in your booking and you can board the bus.
Are child tickets available?
Yes. Tickets are available for children ages 5 to 15. Children under 4 travel free, but must sit on their caregiver's lap when the service is complete. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the buses wheelchair accessible?
No, our bus tour is not wheelchair accessible.
